Piedmont Natural Gas is set to start construction of a system enhancement project in the Windom area of Highway 19Es. The work will take place within the easement areas obtained and within the limits of road right-of-way. Work will be 7 am to 5 pm Monday through Saturday. For questions call 865-406-6455.
