Mitchell Sheriff’s Arrests 8/11 – 8/18/24

Arrest:

Alexis Maria Ebaben, 25 of Marion, NC. Deputy B. Hollifield arrested Ebaben for misdemeanor second degree trespassing and failure to appear in court. She was issued $2,000.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court on 9/6/2024.

Stephen Putman, 52 of Bakersville, NC. Detective J. Masters arrested Putman for 2 counts of misdemeanor larceny. He was issued $5,000.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court on 9/4/2024.

 

Citations issued:

Christopher Allen Carpenter, 36 of Morganton, NC. Deputy T. McNinch cited Carpenter for operating a motor vehicle, while the defendant’s drivers license was revoked and displaying an expired registration number plate, knowing the Same to be expired. He is scheduled to appear in court on 9/4/2024.

Danny Ray Saylor, 43 of Newland, NC. Deputy T. McNinch cited Saylor for possession of drug paraphernalia. He is scheduled to appear in court on 9/4/2024.

Eric Robert Martinez, 50 of Charlotte, NC. Deputy T. McNinch cited Martinez for operating a motor vehicle, while displaying an expired registration number plate, knowing the same to be expired. He is scheduled to appear in court on 9/4/2024.
