Mitchell High School Early Childhood Education I students recently completed their study of Child Development theorist, Jean Piaget. The students designed a sensory bin to reflect Piaget’s sensorimotor stage. Each student linked their bin to a piece of text. In the next few weeks, Early Childhood students will be placed at area schools and preschools for the internship hours portion of this CTE course. The students are also practicing developing and writing lessons to use in an early childhood classroom setting.
