Michael Gordon Whitehouse age 60 of Bakersville passed away Monday October 7, 2024, at his residence.
Born in Broward County, Florida he was a son of the late Ronald and Priscilla Gasparro Whitehouse.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Kristie Whitehouse and a son, Keith Whitehouse.
Michael was the owner and operator of Smokey Mountain Renovations in Bakersville. He was a member of The Ark WNC in Spruce Pine, and he loved his grandchildren, helping people no matter the situation, his jeep and his five Harleys.
Left to cherish his memories is his wife Bonnie Ann McLaughlin of the home, son Kenny Whitehouse (Tonya) of Louisiana, daughters, Erica Alexander (Cole) of Texas and Jessica Fisher (Corey) of Alabama, step daughters, Sarah Brown of Texas and Jamie Grant (Daniel) of Florida grandchildren, Kadence Spears, Tatton Brown, Hunter Alexander, Kynleigh Fisher, Levi Fisher, Garrett Whitehouse, Grayton Grant, Marley Mae Grant, JD Grant, Payton Whitehouse, Kholton Whitehouse, Brayden Whitehouse, Kamdyn Whitehouse and Jasper DeLeon, brothers, Ronald Whitehouse (Judy) of Florida and Darrel Whitehouse (Kara) of Alabama and a sister, Tammy Landers (Tommy) of Alabama.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am Thursday October 10, 2024, at The Ark WNC in Spruce Pine with the Rev. Mike Thomas officiating.
