Glenda M. Hall, age 84, of the Bolens Creek Community, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, October 21st, 2024 at Blue Ridge Regional Hospital. A native of Yancey County, she was a daughter of the late William and Edith McKinney Miller. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Dewey Hall and a daughter, Marketti Tipton. Glenda was a life-long member of Bolens Creek Baptist Church who enjoyed gardening. She was a loving mother and grandmother who loved her grandchildren. She will always be remembered as a good woman.
Surviving is her daughters: Regina Bradford and Michelle Hudgins; son-in-law, Ronnie Tipton; sister, Virginia Wilson; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren and one on the way.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, October 27th in the chapel of Yancey Funeral Services. Dr. Chris Morgan will officiate. A private burial will be held.
