Cynthia Ann Phillips “Cindy”

Cynthia Ann Phillips “Cindy”, age 61, of the Ingalls community, passed peacefully in her home on 12/31/24. She was tenderly cared for by her brother, Alan Phillips and wife, Anne, and was surrounded by numerous family members and friends.

Cynthia was preceded in death by her parents, Frank W. (Bud) Phillips Jr. and Vivien Clark Phillips. She will be lovingly remembered and cherished by her lifelong friend, Bob Turbyfill. Her family would like to recognize and thank all her devoted caregivers that supported her and her family throughout the years.

Cindy attended Yellow Mountain Enterprises for most of her adult life and made deep friendships with everyone there. She enjoyed cooking, music, reading, and most importantly, chocolate. Cindy spread joy through her infectious laughter and squeals of happiness. She loved to dish out solid life advice and taught us all lessons every day.
