Rose Conley Bishop, age 60, of NC 266 North in Bakersville, passed away Wednesday, January 29, 2025 at her home.
Born on March 28, 1964 in McDowell County, she was the daughter of the late Kat Conley. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by a brother, Jeff Conley.
Rose was currently employed by Dollar General. She was a member of the Shephard Chapel Church in Arkansas. She loved spending time with her grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoyed working outside, working in her garden and also enjoyed cooking.
Left to cherish her memories are her husband; Eric Bishop of the home, her children; Crystal Thomas of Spruce Pine, Clementine Thomas of Asheville, Michael Bishop of Bakersville, Melissa Bishop of Wilkesboro, and Lorie Smith of Bakersville, her brother; Jim Conley and wife, Mitzi of Florida, and her grandchildren; Zola Kaydon, Kimberly, Rebecca, Khalil, Kihmora, Kirra, Alyssa, and Sophia, her nephews; Eric and Ryan Conley and her niece; Amanda Conley.
