Water Conservation Notice
The Town of Burnsville is requesting that all customers reduce their water consumption by 10% from January 31, 2025 to February 14, 2025. Due to the recent artic cold temperatures and the increased flow in the water distribution system, we have experienced several leaks in the system. We have ongoing repairs for the detected leaks. The temporary raw water intake system on the Cane River experienced several issues during the freezing weather. Combined these issues have created lower storage levels in the Town’s tanks at this time. While we are not anticipating any disruption to normal service, we are asking all customers to help us as we try to get an adequate level back in our tanks.
