The NC Department of Transportation has announced two road closures coming up in Mitchell County:
- FEBRUARY 7 – NC Highway 197 at the Poplar Boat Ramp – [map]
(The road will be closed for approximately 8-10 hours) - FEBRUARY 10 – Snow Creek Road at NC Highway 80 – [map]
(The road will be closed for 6-8 weeks)
