A Special Note:

Daddy, Your love, your patience, your understanding, your wisdom, and your amazing sense of humor will live on inside us forever.  You have given us gifts that are more precious than anything in this world.  Thank you for loving the Lord and teaching us the same.  You will live on in our hearts forever.  Until we see you again…

To My Beloved Husband,

I will always cherish the life we had together, and our time we spent with our children, especially Edisto Beach and camping at Pigeon Forge, which were the kids’ and our favorite vacations.  We were always doing something with them, and we were never too busy to take time with them.  After 36 years of marriage, my memories of you will never fade away; you will always be in my heart.  It was nothing to come home from work on a Friday and say, “Honey, let’s go.”  You would say, “Where are we going Kathy?” and I would say, “Going to the beach a few days.” “But we haven’t packed,” he would say.  I’d say, “I’ll grab a bag – that’s all we need,” and we would just take off.  Many times, out of the blue, we did that, and it was the best.  I know Heaven picked the best when GOD chose you.  That gives me comfort to know you will no longer suffer.  You fought a good fight, and you finished your race.  You truly will be missed, but never forgotten.  Our love was very strong, and we had a good foundation for our children, something they will cherish forever.  Until we meet again, rest in peace with Jesus.  I LOVE YOU.
