June Thomas Robinson, age 95 of the Pleasant Gap Community of Green Mountain, NC, went Home to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 27, 2025.
Born on January 8, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Dewey and Pearl Hall Thomas.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her loving husband, Tom Robinson, Jr.; brothers: Gene (June) Thomas, and Marvin (Jane) Thomas; sisters: Gladys (Howard) Garland and infant sister, Flaude Thomas; Madge (Lawerence) Hopson, and Maxine Tubyfield.
June enjoyed tending to the beautiful flowers she grew in her garden.
Left to cherish her memory is her son, Gregory Robinson; brother, Dean (Ginger) Thomas of Taylors, SC; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 2, 2025, in the Chapel of Holcombe Brothers Funeral Home in Burnsville, NC. The family will receive friends and loved ones one hour prior to the service for visitation at 2:00 p.m. Reverend Jody Griffin will be officiating. Interment will follow the service in the Fred Young Cemetery in Green Mountain, NC.
