William “Bud” Duncan age 94 of Frank Biddix Road in Spruce Pine passed away Thursday April 3, 2025, at the North Carolina State Veterans Home in Black Mountain.
A memorial service for Mr. Duncan will be held at 11:00AM Saturday April 12, 2025, in the Chapel of Webb Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 10:30 until the service hour at the funeral home.
