Arrest:

Rebecca Ann Stewart, 37 of Spruce Pine, NC. Lieutenant Detective A. Beam arrested Stewart for felony possession of firearm by convicted felon and possession of a stolen firearm. She was issued “no bond”, placed into secure custody and scheduled to appear in court on 6/13/2025.

Katlin Watson, 20 of Bakersville, NC. Lieutenant Detective A. Beam arrested Watson for misdemeanor trespassing, assault and battery. She was issued a secure 48 hours hold and scheduled to appear in court on 6/13/2025.

Dalton Ray Clark, 34 of Bakersville, NC. Detective T. Silvers arrested Clark for felony, fail to report new address by a sex offender and probation violations. He was issued $25,000.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court on 6/13/2025.

Tammy Hall Sparks, 54 of Bakersville, NC. Deputy B. Robinson arrested Sparks for felony warrants issued by Yancey County Courts. She was issued $10,500.00 bond and scheduled to appear in Yancey County Court.

Citations issued:

Maricela Lerma, 48 of Texas. Deputy B. Robinson cited Lerma for operating a motor vehicle, without being licensed as a driver by the division of motor vehicles. She is scheduled to appear in court on 7/9/2025.

Roger Garrett Bowman, 63 of Bakersville, NC. Detective T. Silvers cited Bowman for operating a motor vehicle while the defendant’s drivers license was revoked. He is scheduled to appear in court on 7/9/2025.

Megan Hoilman, 35 of Bakersville, NC. Deputy E. Flores cited Hoilman for operating a motor vehicle, while displaying a fictitious registration number plate, knowing the same to be fictitious. She is schedule to appear in court on 6/13/2025.
