Congratulations to these Mitchell High CTE students in Mrs. Hannah Cox’s Animal Science 2 recently passed the NC Beef Quality Association credential. This certification focuses on improving animal welfare, beef safety, and consumer confidence in beef products and helps provide training for the best practices in cattle management.
