Lola Lee King, age 96 of Burnsville, NC, went Home to be with her Lord and savior on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at Yancey House in Burnsville, NC.
Born on January 22, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Alec and Lora McIntosh King. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her brothers: Hoyet King and Wilkie King; as well as her sister, Lena King.
Left to cherish her memory are her nephews: Gene (Judy) King and Eddie King; and her nieces: Nancy (Nick) Buckner, and Ann (Billy) Edwards.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 1, 2025, in the Chapel of Holcombe Brothers Funeral Home. The family will receive friends and loved ones one hour prior to the service for visitation. Rev. Gene King and Rev. Greg Alderman will be officiating. Interment will be held the following day at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, June 2, 2025, in the McIntosh Cemetery off Langford Branch in Burnsville, NC.
