
This out-and-back trek will total four miles, with an elevation gain of less than a thousand feet. The outing should take approximately 3 hours to complete with a moderate degree of difficulty.
Please meet at the trailhead at the very end of White Oak Creek Road off NC 80 at 9:30 a.m. Carpool if you can because parking is somewhat limited.
Bring water and a healthy snack, sturdy shoes and hiking poles if you use them. Leashed dogs are allowed on the hike.
