It is located at the end of a dirt road in the middle of the woods but yet is only seven miles from Spruce Pine. This will not be available until November 2025. However I will be taking applications now and until the end of October. The right person will have to be able to deal with the challenges and issues that occur with living in the middle of the forest. You will need to be familiar with a spring and gravity fed water supply. There is a spring box and reservoir that you will be responsible for their upkeep as your water supply will depend on this.
