According to a Facebook post from the Mitchell County Sheriff Donald Street, a Buladean man has been accused of indecent liberties against a minor.
44 year old Ryan Henry Hoyle, was charged with two counts of indecent liberties against a minor. Spruce Pine Police, and Mitchell County Detective Austin Duncan charged Hoyle with an additional count of indecent liberties against a minor.
The post says Hoyle was charged after receiving a call about a possible crime that may have occurred involving a juvenile. Hoyle’s bond totals $150,000 with a court date set for Sept. 23.
