A 27-year-old Lenoir man is facing a long list of charges after a violent incident in Marshall last month.
According to the Madison County Sheriff’s Office, Saul Pelcastre was arrested earlier this week following a shooting that occurred in the town of Marshall on September 21. The investigation that followed led to additional charges involving child sex crimes.
Pelcastre is charged with shooting into an occupied vehicle, assault with a deadly weapon, first-degree kidnapping, statutory rape of a child under 15, and committing indecent acts with a child.
