Zelma Crane Quinn, age 93, of Halltown Road in Spruce Pine, passed away Sunday, October 12, 2025 at The Green’s of Spruce Pine.
Born on October 2, 1932 in Baca County, CO, she was the daughter of the late Jacob and Mary Riddle Crane. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dan Quinn who passed away in 2019. Also preceding her in death was her son; Danny Quinn, her brothers; Edwin and Hershel Crane, and her sisters; Thelma Sparks and Opel Hollenbeck.
Zelma was a member of the Grassy Creek Baptist Church and had worked for Brad Ragan, Inc. for twenty plus years. She was a genuine lady that loved her children and grandchildren and spending time with them. She was a housekeeper that took great pride in keeping her house spotless. She was also a seamstress.
Left to cherish her memories are her daughters; Kathy Ledbetter and husband, Keith and Beth Quinn and husband, Guy, her son; Tim Quinn and wife, Vicky, her grandsons; Sean and Jason and her great granddaughter; Baylee.
