November is Career Development Month and in celebration students at Mitchell Middle School participated in the Tools of the Trade Career Contest created by Stephanie McClellan, CTE Middle School CDC. Students were sent a poster with the “Tools of the Trade” for 5 different careers.
Students had to identify each of the careers using only the equipment needed by each career. Many students correctly identified the 5 different careers which included an EMT, Teacher, Plumber, Pharmacist and HVAC technician.
All students with a correct response were entered in to win a gift card. Congratulations to these students for their superior career knowledge. Below are the daily winners.
