She was also devoted to anything to do with getting services in Mitchell County for Chucky her down syndrome son. She coached their basketball, soccer and volleyball teams for many years. And she loved doing this.

Sue enjoyed gardening, cooking, reading, traveling and watching her favorite basketball team, the NC Tarheels.

Left to cherish her memories are her son Chucky Woody and daughter Sherry Dixon of the home. Her grandsons Briley Dixon of Kingsley, IA, Ethan Dixon of Lawton, IA and Joshua Dixon of Moville, IA. Her great granddaughters, Ivy Dixon and Mya Dixon. Her nephews Vern(Teri) Greene, Rick(Diana) Greene and John Greene of Kansas.
