The Mitchell County Democratic Party will host its precinct organizational meetings on Saturday, February 28, 2026 at 2:00-4:00 p.m. in the Mitchell County Board of Education Conference Room (72 Ledger School Road) in Bakersville, NC. Each voting precinct will elect a chair, vice chair, and secretary. All are welcome to attend.
