The local DAV SGT. E. L. Randolph Chapter 57 has meetings the 1st Saturday of every month to discuss anything new with the DAV. The April 4th meeting at 10:00 am will be held at the Riverside Baptist Church. Hwy 19 the driveway after John Medina Physical Therapy Office or you can turn at the red light and immediately catch the driveway to the right.
Meetings at the Masonic Lodge will hopefully be resumed the 2nd of May. Please keep advised of this development.
New Congress/Senate actions that might be affecting us will be presented. Veterans can ask questions and talk of any current concerns they might have. We will be discussing ways of outsourcing with our fellow Veterans in Yancey County.
The next meeting will be May 2nd, 2026 at 10:00 am at the Masonic Lodge. The back bldg. 23 Robertson Street across from the Bed & Breakfast. Following the meeting please stay and enjoy lunch with us.
