Families in Spruce Pine and surrounding areas now have expanded access to pediatric care with the addition of Joanna Storey, MD, at Blue Ridge Regional Hospital.
Dr. Storey brings decades of experience in pediatric care and is dedicated to serving children and families in the community. She recently joined Blue Ridge Regional Hospital and is now seeing patients at Mission Community Primary Care – Spruce Pine.
Board-certified in pediatrics, Dr. Storey spent more than 25 years caring for children in a large private practice in Mississippi. Her experience includes treating a wide range of pediatric conditions and supporting families through all stages of childhood development. She is passionate about building relationships with patients and partnering with parents to guide children’s health from infancy through adolescence.
Dr. Storey completed medical school at the University of Mississippi and her pediatric residency at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.
