Free Wellness Retreat

Join Home Remedies on Saturday, April 18th for a FREE Wellness Retreat in Burnsville from 10am-3pm. This 5-hour community wellness retreat designed to support your self-care with practical tools and information you can take home.

The retreat will offer a mix of presentations, discussion, and hands-on opportunities to experience wellness topics including mindfulness, self-massage, acupuncture, nutrition, and chair yoga. Come learn about the Home Remedies program and meet local wellness practitioners—all in a warm, welcoming space that encourages relaxation, learning, and meaningful community connection!

Home Remedies is also hosting a Free Chair Yoga & Relaxation Series session in Spruce Pine! The sessions will be held on  Wednesdays through April 15th from 10-11am, at the Spruce Pine Fire Department (100 Fire Fighter Way, Spruce Pine). Space is limited to register here: bit.ly/hr-yoga-26

The series will be taught by Joe Falco of Mineral City Yoga. He is an entrepreneur and experienced professor of the Vedic arts and sciences specializing in Yoga, Meditation, and Ayurveda with over 7000 hours of teaching experience.

This free Chair Yoga & Relaxation Series will focus on gentle movement & relaxation practice to help ease chronic pain, reduce stress, and improve balance, flexibility, and circulation. All experience levels and abilities are welcome!
