William Molt Angel entered the presence of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, February 1, 2023.
He was born on February 8, 1965, in Burnsville to his late father, Wade Angel and mother, Christine Higgins Angel.
In addition to his father, he was also preceded in death by his brothers: Murph Nathan Angel and James Ronald Angel; and stepdaughter, Jamie King.
William was a true man’s man. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed spending time with his beloved dog, Bud. He loved country music and winding roads.
William had a green thumb and enjoyed tending to his garden. But mostly, William was a kind and loving father, and he will truly be missed.
He is survived by his wife, Marie Angel; mother, Christine Higgins Angel; sisters: Emma (Dee) Collins and Natasha Angel; sons: Wade Ronald Angel of Marion, NC; William (Sarah) Angel of Burnsville, NC; daughters: Willoree Sue Angel of Marion, NC, and Fonda (Shane Siefert) Angel of Burnsville, NC and their loving mother, Fonda Crain; step-children: Jason (Tracy) Bailey and Jennifer Joyner; mother and father-in law, Hazel and Charlie Webb; as well as thirteen grandchildren, and nine step-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 8 o’clock on Saturday, February 4, 2023, at Holcombe Brothers Funeral Home. The family will be accepting friends and loved ones two hours prior to the service for visitation.
