Arrest:
Shanon Louann Lane, 52 of Johnson City, TN. Deputy A. Renfro arrested Lane for misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. She was issued a $2,500.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court.
James Frank Arwood, 64 of Johnson City, Th. Deputy A. Renfro arrested Arwood for out of state felony warrants, felony possession of firearm by convicted felon and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was issued $25,000.00 bond, scheduled to appear in court and placed on hold for pending extradition to South Carolina.
Michelle Zita Lee, 33 of Bakersville, NC. Deputy W. Hobson arrested Lee for felony probation violations. She was issued $10,000.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court on 3/8/2023.
Rachel Ann Stancil, 37 of Spruce Pine, NC. Deputy W. Hobson arrested Stancil for Non-payment of a bails bondsman on charges of possession of methamphetamine, felony discharge and felony probation violations. She was issued $50,000.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court on 3/14/2023.
Jeremy Dean Allen, 43 of Spruce Pine, NC. Deputy B. Hollifield arrested Allen for outstanding warrants issued by Rutherfordton County on traffic related offenses. He was issued $500.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court in Rutherfordton County.
Aaron Jerry Hughes, 50 of Spruce Pine, NC. Deputy W. Hobson arrested Hughes for failure to pay child support. He was issued $2,220.00 bond.
Anthony Allen Whorten, 36 of Spruce Pine, NC. Deputy W. Hobson arrested Whorten for failure to appear in court on traffic related offenses. He was issued $1,000.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court on 3/8/2023.
