Affirmative Action is demeaning, racist, and extremely offensive on many levels.
The main level:
Imagine being a minority and hired solely based on your skin color. That has to be very demoralizing, demeaning, and a horrible experience. Again, the white man basically telling you, subtlety but in your face… you aren’t worth anything beyond your skin color and we are here to be your white saviors. The government wants to see your being hired on some report. You aren’t valuable to me at all other than that number/statistic. Your worth is only your skin color, not you as a person being an asset to my company.
How horrible, and if you defend that… it’s despicable!!
