Yes, he was allowed to keep his shirt on after POLICE came, who knew it was unconstitutional. The point is, the mall security tried to bully him into relinquishing his rights. A 24 hr trespass notice, A WEEK PRIOR, doesn’t give anyone the right to take away his rights as an American citizen. The very idea and premise is the point. The “solicitation” the man got a trespass notice for in the first place was merely handing out Bible tracts. You are the one giving misleading information by not disclosing what he actually did, and making it seem like it was some egregious act.
