The Yancey County Public Library held a Open House on Tuesday, May 30th. People enjoyed refreshments while touring the facility. You could also fill out a survey and let the Library know what you would like to see in the future (you can stop by any time to make your opinion count).
Also at the library right now is a wonderful exhibit of old movie posters. It is fascinating to see the original posters from the 30s and 40s etc and information about a movie filmed in the Pensacola section of Yancey County! For more about the exhibit click here.
