A Madison County man is facing several drug charges after a traffic stop that produced over 100 grams of methamphetamine.
Madison County Sheriff Buddy Harwood wrote in a social media post that deputies had stopped a vehicle due to an expired registration.
During the stop, Sheriff Harwood says deputies located a Glock .40 caliber handgun, $685 in cash and 3.7 ounces of methamphetamine.
The driver, identified as Geoffrey Grant Griffey Jr., is facing drug charges and Driving While License Revoked.
Geoffrey is currently in the Madison Detention Center under a 75,000 secured bond.
