I remember in 2016 how the real estate market was nuttier than ever and realtors were selling to SOME people while others still couldn’t afford to buy a home in that “hot” market. I remember when some people were “getting work,” others were taking the lousy, dangerous jobs they had no choice but to take and others still couldn’t find work. I remember when the insurance scammers were increasing their sales, getting what they could while the getting was good. My 401K and investment accounts are growing right now because of the particular investments I have and how interest rates have increased. These are actual events that I experienced in my business, my family and my life and not just made up perceived memories from propaganda from anywhere or a perception based on self-centered tunnel vision.
