You made a parody * of an old gospel song, written in the 18th century, the lyrics of which celebrate the salvation found in JESUS.
GOD fearing people, saved by the Blood of JESUS, know this to be blasphemy.*
*Parody: A deliberate exaggeration for ridicule effect, a mocking imitation of a person, event or thing, something that is not humorous in it’s original form.
*Blasphemy: The act of speaking sacrilegiously about GOD or sacred things. The act of insulting, showing contempt or lack of reverence for GOD.
