Lights Out?

If the grid goes down and the lights go out I will thank my lucky stars I live in Mitchell County. Every time the government shuts down or some other horrible thing happens anywhere else, I have a hard time finding someone who knows it happened. When we lose power or water or anything like that all I see is friends and neighbors helping each other. Even the local politicians stop fighting for a few days!
