Tabitha Lynn Callahan, 39 of Spruce Pine, NC. Deputy D. LaPlante arrested Callahan for misdemeanor unauthorized use of motor vehicle, second degree trespass, two counts of larceny and simple assault. She was issued $2,500.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court on10/23/2023.
