Panhandling

I’m not talking about organized fundraisers such as the Shriners seeking donations at the red lights in Spruce Pine. I’m talking about young, able-bodied people with signs saying, “No food, No milk. No diapers. Please help!” taking advantage of kind hearted people. Or a un-able bodied person whom I know gets disability, HUD housing, food stamps, etc. Panhandlers that leave their trash behind. Get angry when you don’t give them money. Before you know it there will be fights over who’s standing on who’s corner! It will go down hill fast I promise you.
