I think most of us understand YOU aren’t talking about how annoying public agencies or civic groups at major intersections with signs and buckets begging for money is. As I said I think there has got to be better ways to fund people who say they are helping people. But I also haven’t seen what you are describing as panhandling. I gather it’s a big political issue in Asheville now, just not in Spruce Pine. Trying to incite people and make it a local political issue does not actually make it one except in the minds of trolls.
