Christopher Yoerger, 35 of Bakersville, NC. Deputy B. Hollifield arrested Yoerger for two counts of misdemeanor assault on a government official, two counts of communicating threats, two counts of resisting public officer, injury to personal property and one count of contempt of court. He was issued no bond, placed in secure custody and scheduled to appear in court on 11/15/2023.
Cody Ray Buchanan, 38 of Spruce Pine, NC. Deputy T. McNinch arrested Buchanan for misdemeanor assault on a female. He was issued 48 hours secure custody and scheduled to appear in court on 11/15/2023.
Haley Foster, 20 of Bakersville, NC, Deputy T. McNinch arrested Foster for misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon. She was issued 48 hours secure custody and scheduled to appear in court on 11/15/2023.

Deputy McNinch cited Lofton for operating a motor vehicle, while displaying a fictitious registration plate, knowing the same to be fictitious and an expired registration plate, knowing the same to be expire.
