The Mitchell JCPC Planning Committee will meet at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, October 30, in the Parish Hall of Trinity Episcopal Church in English Woods in Spruce Pine. It is an open public meeting and all observers are welcome. Recommendations are discussed and no votes are taken in Mitchell JCPC committee meetings.
