The winner of the 2023 Mountain Piecemakers Quilt Guild Opportunity Quilt was drawn at the Flags for Heroes Day on November 11. Ms. Nelda Johnson won the quilt and was present. This is the first time in the eleven years that MPQG has been presenting quilts to veterans that the winner was present when the ticket was drawn. Congratulations to Ms. Johnson.
