Our nation and many of its people have been and are very generous. Some, well, not so much. But generosity doesn’t really have anything to do with it. I fear that you have drunk the Kool-aid being spewed by right wing neoliberal college professors who have never run a business or a government and know nothing about the harms of the skewed form of capitalism they promote, as they feed off overpriced admissions for their cushy life. No, capitalism is not perfect but it can be so much better if you guys lay off that Kool-aid.
