A Madison County man was sentenced to at least 25 years in prison after pleading guilty on Thursday, Dec. 14, to second degree murder.
Richard Eugene Towe was charged with killing 19-year-old Cody Jonathan Garrett with an arrow in September 2021.
Towe shot his bow at Garrett at a home on Upper Brush Creek Road near Madison Middle School on Sept. 22, 2021.
According the Madison County Clerk of Courts, he will serve 300-372 months in prison.
