Arrest:
Samuel Adam Hoilman, 36 of Bakersville, NC. Mitchell County Deputies arrested
Hoilman for failure to pay child support. He is scheduled to appear in court.
Richard Gordon Willis, 49 of Spruce Pine, NC. Mitchell County Deputies arrested
Willis for probation violation. He was issued $1,000.00 bond and scheduled to appear in
court.
Citations issued:
Eddie Joe Ferguson Jr., 41 of Bakersville, NC. Deputy B. Robinson cited Ferguson for
operating a motor vehicle, without being a licensed driver by the division of motor
vehicles. He is scheduled to appear in court on 2/13/2024.
Shane B. Weber, 33 of Burnsville, NC. Lieutenant Detective A. Beam cited Weber for
providing false information to law enforcement. He is scheduled to appear in court on
1/2/2024
Missouri Skye Gouge, 32 of Burnsville, NC. Deputy T. Silvers cited Gouge for permit
operation of a motor vehicle, without having the vehicle registered with the division of
motor vehicles. She is scheduled to appear in court on 1/2/2024.
