You say you do your research….well, that’s just dandy. I read and research myself. But I don’t really have to in this case since I know so many gay, lesbian and trans individuals personally. The want to live their lives as their true selves and that is not a lot to ask. You rant about slave labor and other huge issues, and yes, they are horrible. But it’s difficult as an individual to fight those huge problems. But you know what isn’t difficult? Letting people have the freedom to be themselves and being a better person to all those around you. BE KIND! It’s free. Requires zero effort. And it might help save a life in our little corner of the world. Start by being a better human.
And to the person on here who mentioned their school counselor friend. I hope they get their license pulled before they do irreparable harm to some poor kid. Their education is sorely lacking. I think some continuing ed hours are in order.
