Received a newsletter from our Senator & was frankly surprised at some of the misinformation it contained. Ending construction of the Keystone was driven by environment impact particularly on Native America’s property & the glaring fact that the product transported by it was bound for Gulf refineries & thence sale & transport to China. America’s inflation rate while seemingly high @ 3.7% America’s is actually significanly lower then most industriliazed nations. Offsetting that is our economic grown of 4%. Our serious crime rate is the lowest it’s been in many years & DoJ, local law enforcement are working to get it even lower. Price of fuel in driven by the world’s market place not world leaders, i.e. President Biden. Crude oil pump from our soil sells at the same price as that extracted and imported from other countries. As a side note the Federal tax on a gallon of gasoline is 19.9 cents & hasn’t changed since the 1990’s….state tax are an entirement different matter.
Oh, and Ukraine’s efforts in Putin’s Special Military Operation is a must win, our support for those efforts must continue. Should he win Vlad won’t stop his agression & we could very likely be drawn into a world conflict that would make WW2 look like a cake walk.
