From post announcing Director’s resignation:
“Christy is moving on to another mountainous region in Corvallis, Oregon where she has accepted a position as their Chamber of Commerce Executive Director, effective October 6th. Our loss is most definitely their gain. Her long-time right-hand man, Pete Krulder has agreed to take on the interim position while we conduct our search for a new full-time person. We are very grateful to Pete for his willingness to serve during this transition.”
Anyone interested could have called and asked about the position.
People have time to come online during working hours and complain, but can’t make a phone call to the chamber. It’s baffling. People can do their own due diligence, why do people nowadays feel like everything has to be handed to them without them lifting a finger?
