Arrest:
Ashley Ellis, 43 of Bakersville, NC. Deputy A. Duncan arrested Ellis for felony probation violations. She was issued a “no bond” with secure custody hold and scheduled to appear in court on 2/14/2024.
Keith Davis, 38 of Bakersville, NC. Deputy W. Hobson arrested Davis for Felony probation violations. He was issued $4,000.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court on 2/26/2024.
Andrew Oneal Greene, 44 of Bakersville, NC. Deputy W. Hobson arrested Greene for failure to appear in court on felony probation violations. He was issued $5,000.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court on2/14/2024.
Dawn Hoyle, 41 of Bakersville, NC. Deputy W. Hobson arrested Hoyle for felony probation violations. She was issued 48 hours hold and sentenced to order of the court.

Renfro arrested Smith for felony possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor child abuse, failure to properly restrain a passenger under the age of 16 years old and outstanding warrants issued by Madison County. He was issued $85,000.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court on 2/6/2024.
