Musical Theatre Intensive Camp happening on June 3-7, 2024 from 10am-4pm for ages 12-18. In this class taught by Melanie Veazey, performers will be immersed in all aspects of musical theater during this fun, week-long intensive. Daily classes in acting, voice, and dance will focus on building a character through monologue and song as well as honing dance technique while learning exciting choreography. The week will culminate with a cabaret-style performance for family and friends featuring individual and ensemble scenes, songs, and dances. This class is recommended for those who have had stage experience and wish to further develop their talent, technique, and confidence.
Aristocats, KIDS Production Camp happening on June 10-21, 2024 from 9am-12pm for ages 5-9. In this production-based camp directed by Jenny Martin and music directed by Roberta Whiteside students will learn the ins and outs of staging a musical! Based on the beloved Disney animated film, and featuring a jazzy, upbeat score, Disney’s The Aristocats KIDS is a non-stop thrill ride of feline fun, complete with unbelievable twists and turns.
Frozen, JR Production Camp happening on July 8-19, 2024 from 10am-4pm for ages 10-18. In this production-based camp directed by Jenny Martin, music directed by Melanie Veazey, and choreographed by Collin Eten, students will learn the ins and outs of staging a musical! A story of true love and acceptance between sisters, Frozen, JR expands upon the emotional relationship and journey between Princess Anna and Elsa. When faced with danger, the two discover their hidden potential and the powerful bond of sisterhood.
Dinosaur Discovery Camp happening July 22-26, 2024 from 9am-12pm for ages 5-9. Do you have a little one who loves dinos? This creative play camp taught by Christine Henry will take them on an adventure…back in time! Kids will make crafts, sing songs, and discover dinosaurs while having fun!
Lights Up on Literacy Camp happening on July 29 – August 2, 2024 from 9am-12pm for ages 5-9. This camp has a focus on creating a lifelong love of reading! Taught by Julie Thomas, a veteran Kindergarten teacher with 19 years of experience, children will bring stories to life through acting, costumes, props, and play, while developing reading skills!
