A few municipalities in a few states allow noncitizens legally living in the country who meet residency requirements to vote in municipal elections. Period. Full stop. It continually amazes me how some people in “some groups” who generally show such a lack of imagination can dream up things “not beyond belief” to scare folks with. Sheesh.
